Usability Testing & Findings

Project : Zillow Mobile App

Executive Summary:

After testing 7 participants  (4 in person Usability Testing Interviews & 3 using Ustertesting.com) I have found several findings that can make the Zillow Mobile App more user friendly for home buyers. Our goal and objectives were to find what were the main usability issues with the Zillow Mobile Application. After testing the app and finding the issues, I have provided recommendations about how the Zillow Mobile app can be improved. The end of the report provides the data that was collected for the Post-Test Questionnaires from the participants.

Methodology:

  • Quantitative data will be collected by observing attitudes, quotes, behaviors, and actions
  • Participants will be tested in their own home.
  • The facilitator will sit behind the participant to observe the impressions and actions of the participant.
  • Participant will be provided with an IPhone
  • The application will be already downloaded onto the mobile device.
  • IPhone Screen recording will be on while they are taking they are being tested, so observers can replay the usage.
  • Participants will be recorded with Iphone 8+
